Supporting local charities is a passion of mine,” says Better Homes and Gardens Distinctive Homes Realtor, Randy Carroll. “Any time I can hold an open house or another event to be able to support our local community, it is an honor for me.”

Randy Carroll and his wife Beth are the founders of Easy on 30A, an independent 501c3 nonprofit organization located in WaterColor. Easy on 30A works with our local community, organizations, and artist of all kinds to raise funding for Walton and Okaloosa county charitable organizations. Easy on 30A has created a largely attended anchor event of multiple musicians performing in WaterColor’s Marina Park on July 3rd over the past 4 years.

This is not the only special open house Randy Carroll has held. In October 2015, he held a successful Open House in WaterColor exhibiting South Walton’s 2005 Artist of the Year, Justin Gaffrey, which benefitted the Food for Thought organization.

Please contact Randy Carroll for further information about the Open House, Randy.Carroll@BHGEmeraldCoast.com or 850.6240037.
