Unforgettable has two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a powder room and sleeps six people. Located next to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, you’re also just steps away from excellent Seaside shopping and dining.

The entry level has a fully-equipped galley style kitchen with sub-zero refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. With pass through windows to the living room and entry, the kitchen is at the center of this level.

The dining room has a wood table with six chairs, sideboard and gulf views. The spacious living room has an American Leather high density foam…no bars or springs for ultimate comfort…queen sleeper sofa, 3 additional side chairs….2 Dean Leather chairs from Mitchell and Gold and one Eames fabric swivel….3 lamps, LED Samsung SmartTV with Sonos PLAYBAR, Blu-Ray DVD, Bose speaker system with MP3 connectivity as well. Also high speed wireless internet service.

Off the living room is a private balcony with 4 high counter chairs and table to sit back and enjoy the Gulf views, breezes and sunsets. Small laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer. Powder room.

Upstairs, there is a king bedroom with two nightstands and dresser from the Mitchell Gold Manning Collection, multiple lamps, Armand side chair from Mitchell and Gold, LCD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, built-in closets and drawers and a private bath with vanity sink and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, rack for clothing storage, LCD TV, DVD and two nightstands with lamps. Views of the Gulf from both bedrooms over the rooftops of Seaside. Hall bath has a shower. Both bedrooms share a private roof top patio with a caf? table and two chairs, outdoor Jacuzzi tub and private sunning area with two lounge chairs. Bedding includes down alternative duvets with cotton duvet covers, cotton blankets and multiple pillow choices including down, down alternative and memory foam.

There is an elevator to the third floor entry. Once inside the penthouse, there are stairs up to the bedrooms and roof top patio. We also provide two beach coaster bikes, 4 back-pack style beach chairs, four bathrobes, six beach towels and luggage racks.
