Memorial Day Weekend kicks off summer and South Walton beach towns bustle with beach lovers enjoying holiday fun in the sun. Every which way you turn there are tons of fun ways to rejoice with family and friends.

From outdoor music concerts to movies under the stars, outdoor children's theater to fireworks displays, you can always find special activities unique to our beach. Here's our latest SoWal List packed with wonderful events coming up over the long weekend.

• Kids Rock the Block Party at Rosemary Beach with moonwalks, face painting, airbrush tattoos, arts & crafts with Gigi's, hula hoops, bubble machine and more! 6-8 p.m.
• Campfire Chats at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park - Join Ranger Fred and share stories, ask questions, and make friends. 7 p.m.
• Cinema Under the Stars at Alys Beach Amphitheater - Brave 8 p.m.
• Dread Clampitt performs at Red Bar in Grayton Beach at 7 p.m.
