Seems as if inventory is going down for almost every price range except $1,000,000+ real estate....... anyone have an idea what is slowing buyers down?
Hi Mandy - I'm no expert but the market here is so volatile, especially seasonally we see ups in the spring and summer and down in fall and winter - just like the tourist season. If it is a true trend then the market could be changing.
