Walton County Mobility Plan Workshops Feb 2 & 4

The Walton County Planning Department will conduct three workshops to discuss the Proposed Walton County Mobility Plan. There are two identical sessions on February 2nd at 1PM and 6PM, both focused on the Scenic 30A Corridor. There is a third session on February 4th at 6PM, focused on Miramar Beach and other parts of South Walton.

Meetings will be held both via Zoom and live at the South Walton Courthouse Annex, 31 Coastal Centre Boulevard, Santa Rosa Beach Florida 32459.
 
Feb 2 - 30A Corridor Focus
This meeting is being offered at two times to fit your schedule, you can attend one or both. The materials presented at 1:00 are identical to those being presented later in the day at 6:00 PM. Both meetings will focus on the proposed multi modal changes to the 30A Corridor (walking, biking, and driving or utilizing different vehicles types and devices including cars), proposed park once environment, and managed parking concepts. We will also cover funding options and how the Mobility Plan is partially implemented with the proposed mobility fee.

Feb 4 at 6:00 PM Miramar Beach and South Walton North of US 98 Focus
This meeting will focus on areas of South Walton other than the 30 A corridor. Proposed multi modal projects including roadway improvements will be discussed. We will also cover funding options and how the Mobility Plan is partially implemented with the proposed mobility fee.
