The Market Shops: Free Fitness on the Lawn

The Market Shops will host free, weekly fitness classes on the lawn. Beginning Wednesday, May 2, 2018, through Monday, July 30, 2018, Free Fitness on the Lawn will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The classes are free to attend and open to individuals of all fitness levels. Guests are asked to bring their own mat.
Classes include Slow Flow Yoga with Dannica Marie, Buti Yoga with Katie Truax, and Bootcamp with Cayce Collins of Encore Fitness.
