The Friends of Eden Gardens State Park present An Evening of Stargazing on Saturday, May 27 from 7-9:30pm.

Hosted by the Northwest Florida Astronomy Club, this event is Free with paid park admission. It was a great time last year, and we're hoping for clear skies this year! Come join us and bring kids, a friend, or any amateur astronomers you may know.

The Hidden Lantern Bookstore in Rosemary Beach is having a book signing with author Garrett Horn with Postcards of Seagrove on Sunday afternoon from 1-4pm.

South Walton local Garrett Horn has recently published Postcards of Seagrove, a new book with a blend of area photos and narratives capturing the author's memoirs and life experiences over the years in Seagrove Beach and other nearby beach towns. Book signings will take place this weekend in Seaside and Rosemary Beach where you can meet the author and pick up your copy.
