Celebrate Coastal Dune Lake Appreciation month with a tour of the nature trail surrounding Western Lake in Grayton Beach State Park on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 9AM - 11AM. Connect with fellow Florida Wildlife Federation supporters during a 2-hour guided hike through coastal forest trails.  Wear appropriate footwear and bring water. Hat, sunscreen, camera, binoculars are optional.

Celebrate Coastal Dune Lake Appreciation month with a tour of the nature trail surrounding Western Lake in Grayton Beach State Park on Thursday, Oct. 30th from 9AM - 11AM.

Join University of Florida's Panhandle Outdoor Live team for a guided walking tour of the nature trail. Meet at the beach pavilion (restroom facilities available) at 8:45 am with a lecture and tour start time of 9:00 am sharp. Tour is approximately 2 hours. Admission into the park: $5.00 per vehicle, so car pooling is encouraged.

Westonwood Ranch is excited to host the 6th Annual Sensory Friendly Trick or Treat Night on Wednesday, October 30th from 5:00-7:00PM. Join for a fun filled evening of trick or treating, games, and Halloween activities. It is FREE to attend.

The annual 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day charity race takes place on Thursday, Nov. 27 in Rosemary Beach. This fast & flat, out-and-back course route is designed for running enthusiasts looking for a great race to set a personal record or families that want to start a new, fun tradition on Thanksgiving Day morning. With a 10K, 5K, and 1 mile run/walk, there is a race distance for every ability. 

The annual Old Florida Holiday & Winter Market kicks off the season on Saturday, November 29th from 3-9PM in WaterColor’s Town Center and Cerulean Park with the perfect backdrop for a beautiful night. 

The Old Florida Holiday & Winter Market holiday extravaganza is complete with with snow, carriage rides around the park, bonfires and s'mores, pictures with Santa, tree lighting, holiday music and a festive winter market.

This event is open to WaterColor residents, guests and the public and is free of charge for attendees.

Main Street DeFuniak Springs will host its annual holiday events, Merry Main Street, presented in partnership with Authentic Walton. Beginning Saturday, November 29, 2025 – Saturday, December 20, 2025, the free events will include live music and performances, the weekly outdoor Mistletoe Market, Festive Food Truck Friday, a holiday golf cart parade, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, snow machines, and more family fun – all taking place in historic downtown DeFuniak Springs.
