Gulf Place announces the line up of the Summer Sunday Concert Series 2016 sponsored by ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals. Kicking off on June 12 with local legends Hubba Hubba, each week will feature a different local or regional band bringing a range of music to the beach.
Gulf Place will kick off First Friday Art Walk at a special community event on Friday, May 6, 2016, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The first Art Walk at Gulf Place will celebrate the completion of three sea turtle art projects in conjunction with the Gulf Place First Friday Art Walk andCasey Kearney CD Release Party.
The 9th Annual 30A St Patrick's Day Parade and Festival is coming up Saturday, March 12 in South Walton, Fla. The local parade along Scenic 30A will join the day's celebration in the Gulf Place amphitheater. Festivities will include Celtic rock bands, food and drink, and activities for the whole family.
SoWal locals either have the T-shirt or have seen it . "I Bought My Pot From Dwight" it says on the front, along with an image of the man himself making a pot. South Walton artist Dwight Ward makes and sells ceramics. And a few knickknacks. And T-shirts.

The Witches of South Walton is gathering for the12th Annual Witches of South Walton Ride taking off from Gulf Place on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. sharp. The Witches Brew is held on the eve of the ride at La Playa where witches can register for the ride and enjoy the night with cocktails and music. The Gathering Brunch takes place just after the Witches Ride, also at La Playa.
Gulf Place is the perfect place for artists of all ages! The Artists at Gulf Place and 30A Learning Academy will host art classes, interactive workshops and adventure camps to keep kids engaged and active this summer from June 1 throughout the summer.

The annual Hands Across the Sand/Land gathering will take place at noon on Saturday on the beach at the Ed Walline Park beach access in Gulf Place. Check in is at 11:00 a.m.
