Point Washington Medical Clinic Grand Opening Jan 25

The Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC) is pleased to announce the official Ribbon Cutting and Reception of its new stand alone 4,750 sq. ft. facility located at 1321 N. County Hwy 395 in Santa Rosa Beach.

The press and public are invited to attend the event beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a ribbon cutting promptly at 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 25, 2024. Following the ribbon cutting there will be a reception with live music and tours of the building.

Eden Gardens State Park

Eden Gardens State Park consists of 163 upland acres just north of Seagrove Beach, across highway 98 in Point Washington, along the shores of Tucker Bayou and the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Gracing Eden are gardens everywhere, the beautiful legacy of the many gardeners and master gardeners who belong to the Friends of Eden Gardens State Park, and give lovingly of their time and labor.

Camellia Festival at Eden Gardens State Park Feb 12

The Friends of Eden Gardens State Park invite the community to the annual Camellia Festival at Eden Gardens State Park on Saturday, February 12th from 10:00 a.m. til 2:00 p.m. 

Visitors are invited to stroll through amazing gardens full of unique Camellias, see displays and demonstrations, historic re-enactments, and learn about Camellia propagating and growing. Camellias will be available for a donation from the nursery. 

Point Washington Medical Clinic Seeking Volunteers

Point Washington Medical clinic is a donation-based clinic serving the SoWal community and has been overwhelmed with people seeking medical care and testing for COVID-19. Volunteers are needed NOW for a rewarding experience helping with all types of duties on clinic days - parking assistance, front desk, interpreters, health educators, nurses and health providers.
