First Friday Fall Concert Series At Watersound Town Center

Fall weather has us yearning to get out and experience South Walton. CAA is bringing the tunes and Watersound Pavilion is the place to gather.

The Cultural Arts Alliance, Russell Carter Artist Management, and the St. Joe Community Foundation are turning up the volume at The Pavilion at Watersound Town Center with the First Friday Fall Concert Series, an extension of the popular summer showcases.

Watersound Town Center Adds More Popular Shopping

Watersound Town Center continues to grow and is elevating its reputation as a premier South Walton shopping destination. The St. Joe Company recently announced that national lifestyle retailer Anthropologie will occupy a brand-new 9,000-square-foot store, while coastal-inspired menswear brand Johnnie-O officially opened its doors to shoppers.   The new Anthropologie will also feature a dedicated Anthropologie Weddings bridal shop—a specialized concept offered at only select locations nationwide.

Watersound Town Center Keeps Growing With New Shops & Eateries

Watersound Town Center has lots of room to grow along US 98 in eastern South Walton County. A visit to the heart of Watersound reveals a growing open-air, walkable center where daily lifestyle meets coastal luxury. Bordering the entrance to the Watersound Origins community, the continuously expanding collection of shops, restaurants, and event spaces are designed to serve the broader Watersound community & surrounding areas.

DwightFest Brings Tunes and Philanthropy to Watersound Town Center May 9

Get ready to jam for a cause May 9th, 2026, as DwightFest takes over the beautiful Watersound Pavilion at Watersound Town Center on the east end of SoWal!

The music rolls from 3 PM to 8 PM, showcasing an incredible lineup of live music that you won’t want to miss. Featured artists include: Sam Bush and the Sam Band, Dread Clampitt, Waco Ramblers, Duke and TK Bardwell, Saunders Boyz.
