Cecil Charles is a full time singer songwriter who moved to the Emerald Coast in March of 2023. His acoustic guitar and vocals bring a groovy, sultry interpretation to many of your favorite songs. You'll hear Clapton and then Rihanna, Stapleton and then a jazz standard.
