30Avenue invites the SoWal community to a Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 4-7pm.

Come join Santa, his helpers and roaming carolers who will help ring in the holiday spirit! 30Avenue merchants will offer special treats, door prizes and discounts!
