FLLUXE Arts Festival, March 7 & 8, 2026, features local and national chalk artists, fine arts vendors, and musicians in beautiful Historic Downtown Panama City with eye-catching 3-D installations, groovy sounds, and unique handcrafted artwork. This event is family-friendly and free to the public.

The Spring Festival of the Arts was a staple event for Historic Downtown Panama City, running for 46 years until 2015. This year, they're bringing it back with the FLLUXE Fine Arts Market, where dozens of local and regional artists will showcase their high-quality works from a variety of mediums.
In this juried art market, you'll see artists with works in mediums such as: Oils, Acrylics, Photography, Wood, Metal, Fiber, Glass, Ceramics, Sculpture, Jewelry, Pastels, Mixed Media and more!
