Your Mardi Gras Headquarters will kick off at 4PM on Fat Tuesday, February 13th with an extensive Mardi Gras Menu featuring Cajun Ed's Stuffed chicken wings, stuffed chicken wing & crawfish "Mac", house-smoked boudin links, house-made red Beans & rice, a seafood boil, King Cake and more!

Over at Stinky's Fish Camp, Chef Todd Meisner and staff have put together an over the top, mouth watering Mardi Gras menu featuring Speckled Trout Meunière, house-made boudin, boiled crawfish (fingers crossed for availability!) and King Cake by the slice or whole. Served 4pm til close inside Stinky’s Fish Camp.
