Polar Express at Ovide

All aboard for holiday magic at Hotel Effie’s Polar Express Tea! Guests are invited to Ovide on Sunday, December 7, for a heart-warming holiday experience inspired by the beloved story.

There are two seatings: 1:00–2:30 p.m. and 3:00–4:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $49 per adult and $29 per child (ages 10 and under). Reservations required; email Marcos Chavez at mchavez@hoteleffie.com.

The event features a live “Hot Chocolate” performance by Emerald Coast Theatre, bringing that iconic train-car moment to life. Attendees can sip tea, craft their perfect cup of cocoa at the hot chocolate bar, and enjoy a festive spread of tea sandwiches, snacks, and desserts—all while sharing a cozy, storybook afternoon together. 

Located just steps from Baytowne Wharf, Ovide embraces local ingredients and cherished Gulf Coast traditions, presenting them with sophisticated flair in an atmosphere that blends Southern charm with modern design.
