Warehouse 360 is excited to bring 3 amazing songwriters to the beach. Proceeds benefit Habitat For Humanity of Walton County. Over the last 20 years, the Christian housing organization has built over forty homes for families in our neighborhoods. Offering a hand-up not a hand-out, the Habitat mission enables the American dream to become a reality for families that often times would not be able to succeed without assistance.

In Levi Lowrey’s universe, music and a sense of community are inseparable. He recalls his grandparents taking him to jam sessions every Friday night at the “Chicken House” on Gid Tanner’s farm. It was just that—a converted chicken house—in which local musicians gathered for joy, relief and companionship. “That was the beginning of music,” he says. “Before you had records being sold and the commercialization of music, it was primarily a get-together. That was the reason for it. It always belonged in a community. I feel we’ve lost sight of that. Now it’s about record sales and touring and concerts and things of that nature. I don’t get quite as much fulfillment from that as I do sitting around on the front porch playing with a bunch of guys.”
Erin Enderlin has helped listeners see through other’s eyes for years. She is the writer behind award-winning songs “Monday Morning Church” by Alan Jackson and “Last Call” by Lee Ann Womack, critically acclaimed “You Don’t Know Jack” by Luke Bryan, and a host of other songs for Randy Travis, Terri Clark, Joey + Rory, Tyler Farr, Tara Thompson, Muscadine Bloodline, and more. As an artist, she's opened shows with Willie Nelson, Marty Stuart, Kip Moore, Terri Clark, and more. Enderlin has also emerged as one of those artists other artists are listening to. Merle Haggard dubbed Enderlin a “wonderful singer,” while Miranda Lambert calls her a “badass.” “She’s a great writer and singer,” Lee Ann Womack says. “I’m always excited to hear her stuff.”
While bartending and managing in the local bar scene, Wyatt Durrette eventually settled in Atlanta, GA where he managed The Dixie Tavern. It was at this local Atlanta hangout where Wyatt met Zac Brown who was part of The Dixie’s weekly entertainment. Wyatt’s collaboration with Zac has resulted in forty total songs which led to twenty two million singles sold, eight million albums sold and twelve #1 hits, to be exact.
Warehouse 360 is a Performance & Event Venue in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Inviting all to enjoy a listening room where artists and music lovers meet to share stories and amazing music. The venue seats between 250-275 but feels much more intimate!
