Too bad I didn't realize at the time that I had a rockin' body in my teens and early 20's. I always thought I was too flat chested and was really self conscious about it. I didn't get boobs until after I had a baby. And even then it was quite the shocker. You know what happens about 3 days after delivery...Helloooo Dolly.I decided then that I had a perfectly good body back then. I know I will never be in that kind of shape again but I'm okay with that. I like what Gypsea said...I'll just try to be the best "me" I can be.
I think my daughter got the body I always wanted.![]()
Maybe its a good thing that we didn't totally appreciate our bodies then or we would have been WooHoo!!!

Yes, working out allows you to treat yourself a little. I did today. Mr OL is off for a few days while we work on the yard and install a little patio by my new swing. I walked a mile and a half this morning and ate really good up until dinner. We went to Outback and I had a thin slice of bread, no butter, sliced slow roasted sirloin, salad WITH dressing and mushrooms instead of the potato. I had water with lemon to drink and just about floated outta there. It was a good meal. I planted flowers today and I think gardening burns a good amount of calories too.
