I know a lot of Realtors who are thriving right now, they all work very hard. The market is cyclical and will be back.

I've heard that tips are up this year.

Palin was handed the VP nomination. And, yes, she is a Governor of a sparsely populated state with "limited political experience"

Do you really think Palin could have pulled off what Obama has done? Their number of years of political experience may bear comparison. For me, that's where the comparisons end.

I guess Dan Quayle was, in a sense, also handed the nomination in 1988 the year Bush Sr. won the election. Has that office changed since 1988? I am wondering because Dick Cheney who has made the VP slot much more important recently (almost like co-POTUS), if perhaps people are MORE concerned now about who their VP may be?

I think the office has come to the forefront during this election since one of the candidates is likely to die in the next 6 months.

Uh, um, ok. ....

:leaving:

How is that bad? 70+, cancer victim, and running for the Presidency of the United States. The sad part is that in America you have a better chance of the last in that list than getting life insurance based on the list.

Since you find it so funny that Realtors are struggling with this downturn, what do you do? Have you not also been effected in this economy?

I don't find it funny that all realtors are having difficulty in this downturn. I find it funny that some continue with the sunshine, rainbows, and lollipops sales pitch. My job is no secret, no more so than yours.
