They say they believe in a higher power which means they do not need to explain. They say the bible has predicted all that is happening. We are dealing with a large population that places all trust in Faith...and one very corrupt man :)

Maybe the unaccountability of a higher power is to blame?

I think that religion has given them the "power" to justify everything so they can believe what they want to believe. There is no accountability for them. All they have to do is have faith and Jesus appears in the form of one of the most corrupt people on this planet. Not only do they believe in trump but they send him money to fight the persecution. Democrats did the same thing with Bill Clinton. There was a movie called Primary Colors with Travolta, Billy Bob Thornton and Kathy Bates. It follows a similar theme where people believe what they want to believe. Poor Bill Clinton persecuted by the republicans. And the weird thing about that is Donald Trump is no Bill Clinton or Jesus :)
