Day two has been a success, I was at the gym at 5:30 this am because I was busy at work today and a coworker was in from out of town so we had dinner plans. I did my cheerio skim milk bfast, an apple and protein bar for lunch, pineapple then protein bar for snack then had a lovely sandwich on fresh 3 seed bread with ham, havarti, veggies and dijon with a cup of chicken veggie soup and 3 bites of grape walnut blue cheese salad-man that stuff is good! I have a lovely selection of pears, apples or pineapple for a snack before bed. Day two and no one has been injured so that's good, on the downside, only 30 minutes of cardio today but I just got home and a return trip to the gym doesn't jive with my plans to go to bed by 9:30 tonight. I'll be back to a twice gym trip tomorrow!
