Toots keeps telling me we need to go here. It sounds like the kind of place where legends are made but maybe better not shared.

Progressive dinner is a GRAYT idea... Here would be my picks:

1. Wine & Appetizers: Caf? Tango

2. Entrees: D&K Caf?, Borago's or Gravel Road (can't go wrong with any)

3. Dessert & Coffee: Caf? 30A (Banana Beignets!!!!!!)

4. After-dinner cocktails: Courtyard Wine (laid-back/quiet), Old Florida Fish House (fun live music) or Caf? Rendez-vous (people-watching)

From what we've heard, Bloom's sounds almost like the Chef Paul Luna adventure in the Atlanta area where he would take off a piece of clothing after each course. Sometimes he'd end up with only an apron on.

But Paul is really funn (even though his nude Sunday brunch failed in Buckhead :rotfl:). Since he knows we're foodies, he would always invite us to the kitchen to help him cook. Grayt experience.

Italian, with plenty of seafood offerings. From starters (especially tomato bisque) to salad to entree to desert, everything is very well done, well presented and tasty. My highest compliment is the consistency. Before I forget, professional service also.

Now, I like all on your list (haven't tried Provence), but for one meal---always Borago.
