this is a very hard question! and I cannot limit to one! here are my first choices: borago, d & K, onano. Borago - we have a lot of history here filled with wonderful and funn dining with our closest friends. D&K - we have always enjoyed this place (before and after its renovation) - great location and some of the best food around. Borago - very intimate and makes me feel I'm dining in france or italy.

and we have so many other choices this summer! just look at Grand Blvd! I've tried flemings and mitchell's - enjoyed both - but for some reason I felt like I was sitting in a big chain restaurant in Atlanta or Jacksonville. something doesn't quite feel right about these in sowal. maybe I need some time to adjust to having "chains" in our little town.

can't wait to try the new italian restaurant on 98 - locanda.

oh, and we finally tried Bijou Bistro at Baytowne Wharf - excellent!!!!! (but a little too crowded in sandestin this time of year).
