okay, dunelover, I've heard people say that juicing is really great for many reasons, and the biggie is energy levels skyrocket with so many nutrients and liquids that our bodies so crave.
I would love to hear from those who enjoy juicing and why. and how.
I love the idea because I am just not a fruit & veggie person at all. I eat them. But, its very hard for me to get more than a few servings a day. I cannot stand raw veggies, except a really good really fresh salad.
But, I have had some juices, prepared by experienced juicers, that are delicious!
What do ya'll know about this form of food? Thanks Dunelover for the thread and keep adding your know how. so glad its working for you.
who the hail is aroid?
Some major league baseball player with the nick name of "A-rod" admitted to steroid use today. He had a fling with Madonaa, but I couldn't tell you his real name. So I am going to call him "A-roid" now.

In fact, some reporter just asked Obama about it during the press conference. Like we don't have enough real issues to worry about than A-roid's 'roid use.
We have a Jack Lalanne juicer that Mr. DD bought me for Christmas about 4 years ago. We juiced like hell the first 6 months but haven't used it in forever. You all have inspired me to get it out, dust it off, and give it a whirl again. I do remember that I really liked the juices. Some more than others. I don't care what you do to broccoli, it's just yucky, but I guess I could choke it down if it was drowning and disguised in tomato, garlic and spinach, maybe.
