The Power90 killed my knees and inflamed my plantar fasciitis. I had to start physical therapy on Friday. My PT guy said to lay off the Power90.
I am so discouraged. I felt so motivated by the DVD. Then extreme pain set in. The pain in my right knee is constant, and the pain radiates up my thigh. My feet hurt so badly that I walk with a limp. I think it was the yoga part of the DVD that did me in. When I started a yoga class last year, that messed up my knees and feet and I had to drop out.
For what its worth I had a horrible knee injury a few years back and was really struggling with what to do. It really can become a catch 22. The exercise can mess up your knees but not doing it will really mess up way more then just your knees. I started at balance taking spin. In 2 months my knees were extremely strong. You have to get those quads back in shape and they will fix your knees.
Keep in mind you do not have to keep up with the people in the video. Thats where you can get hurt. Go at your own pace.
