I totally get it now!!!! I discovered these (ghiradelli) a month or so ago. And when I follow the recipe of using 2 eggs they turn out a little cakey!!! I want chewy....from now on it's one egg!!!!!

I really have to go to work now. In just over a month I'm going to have to re-learn to get up EVERY morning--I'll go from the absolute (almost) freedom of self-employment to, um, military school...
