Mermaid said:About the drinking--I don't think the point of drinking plain water is to turn yourself into a human water balloon. That's not going to do anything but make a second home of your bathroom!! But if you do make a concerted effort to drink a bit more that you'd usually would, it holds off hunger a bit and it flushes out your body. And that's a good benefit to your health and fitness.
