Zappos has a polciy whereby they ship the shoes to you and if they do not fit or you don't like them, they pay the freight for you to ship them back. I called them to let them know I needed to return the shoes and they said they could not pay the return freight. Said the cost would put them out of business.

I have been called big foot kind of names all my life. Well at least beginning in the eighth grade when I wore a size 13. In Canada, they call me Sasquatch.
