When you enter Gulf House, you are immediately amazed by the glassed living area with the most glorious view you can imagine. The kitchen is very well equipped for all your culinary needs, with granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and new stainless appliances including a professional, four-burner gas range, dishwasher, disposal, separate ice maker and French door fridge. The centrally located island, with ample counter space, double sink and built-in microwave,offers seating for six to eight; the dining table also seats six to eight. The living room has two comfortable couches and arm chairs, coffee table and wall-mounted TV over entertainment console filled with board games for family fun. 

The first guest King bedroom is just off the kitchen, with wall-mounted TV over chest of drawers, side chair, nightstands with lamps, closet and private bath with walk-in shower. The hallway off the living room leads to the ½ bath, utility room with full-sized stackable washer/dryer, and full bath with walk-in shower and double vanity shared by the 2 additional guest bedrooms.

The first guest bedroom off the hallway has two Queen beds, nightstands with lamps, wall-mounted TV and closet, while the second guest bedroom off the hallway has a King bed, nightstands with lamps, closet and wall-mounted TV over chest of drawers. The generous Master bedroom is at the end of the hall, with King bed, nightstands with lamps, wall-mounted TV over chest of drawers and a comfy arm chair. The master bath is a dream, with soaking tub, separate shower, water closet, double vanity and closet large enough to fit a pack-n-play. All of the hallway bedrooms face the Gulf and overlook the beach.

A gas grill is located just outside the kitchen, underneath a covered deck that wraps around to the back of the house– convenient for both indoor and outdoor beachfront dining. The spacious and comfortably furnished screened porch overlooking the beach is just outside the living area, has ceiling fans for cooling breezes and leads to the open, sunny deck with loungers, bistro table for two and private boardwalk leading to steps down to the sand. A stilt house design allows for two covered parking spaces, an enclosed beachside hot/cold shower and protected room with hooks and bench for your beach towels, shoes and toys (beach towels are provided for guest use). Open parking for two additional cars is also available.

Gulf House is 2.5 miles from Seaside, where you can enjoy the delectable delights along Airstream Row, sunset cocktails overlooking the beach at Bud and Alleys, a free outdoor concert or movie at the Amphitheater, explore neighborhood architecture, and shop for local sundries in one of the quaint boutiques and art galleries along the Town Center and Ruskin Place.

A short drive in either direction will take you through the many beach communities of South Walton, each unique in their own special way, and each offering amazing restaurants, local artist galleries and boutique shopping.
