Seaside Farmers Market Features Sweet Henrietta's Treats

April 24, 2012 by Chandra Hartman

Tina Stansfield has been baking in the SoWal area since 2007, but since September 2011 she'se devoted herself to it full time through her business, Sweet Henrietta's Treats.

How long have you lived in the area and where are you from?
We moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2006 from Missouri.

How far do you travel for the market?
We live on the Bay so the market is a short convenient commute.

What products do you offer?
My specialty items are cupcakes, but I also offer gourmet cakes, key lime pies, chocolate chip cookie sandwiches, cake pops and muffins every week at the market.

What makes your items special or unique?
Taste.  I’m not satisfied with just being pretty.  I want it to taste great too.  I love it when a customer takes a bite and the look on their face is priceless.  It makes me happy!!  I also offer something a little different.  Free delivery to the 30a area!!

Is there anything new on the horizon? New products, seasonal items or specials?
I’m in the kitchen everyday working on new products and I will have several new items to introduce this Spring.
