Learn the Art of Entertaining at The Pearl in Rosemary Beach

The Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach is sharing their award-winning hosting tips in a series of classes focused on The Art of Entertaining. Food & Beverage professionals at The Pearl will teach participants how to create a menu and host a gathering in seamless fashion.     

Each class will focus on a different aspect or style of party and the techniques behind preparing dishes, setting the scene, proper drinks to serve and tips that will transform participants into confident hosts. Classes will be fun and informative while providing in-depth information and hands-on experience. 

 
A few classes repeat throughout the series, such as Champagne & Tablescapes (12/29), Pickles, Preserves and Conserves (3/31, 9/5, 12/27), and Date Night Sushi Cooking-a hands on lesson in the fine art of sushi making during which couples learn how to prepare simple sushi rolls while sampling a selection of sakes (7/25). Participants should arrive on time and wear comfortable shoes suitable for standing over long periods of time. The Art of Entertaining events are held in the Hemingway Room at The Pearl.
