Kick it Up at Charity Barn Dance & Dinner May 9

May 5, 2015 by SoWal Staff

360 Blue is hosting These Boots Were Made for Giving, its premiere fundraising event at Arnett's Gulfside Trail Rides and Stables in Santa Rosa Beach on May 9 from 6-9 p.m. All are welcome to come out and enjoy a delicious dinner, silent auction and the music of local favorite Daphne Willis! Bring your dancing boots and prepare to get down for a great cause!

All proceeds benefit 360 Blue's The Sonder Project and the goal of contributing to the end of extreme poverty worldwide by providing resources - such as clean water, agriculture and education - to people who need it most - especially those living on less than $1.25 a day.

Currently, The Sonder Project is helping build two schools in the village of Roure, Burkina Faso in West Africa. Local villagers and 360 Blue Ambassadors will work together to provide the labor and sweat equity to build the two schools. In the process, sharing knowledge, culture, and experiences will be life-altering for those on both sides of the exchange.

Tickets for These Boots Are Made For Giving are $60 each and available online at https://itrulycare.com/events/these-boots-are-made-for-giving.

If you are unable to attend the event, don't worry-you can still help! Donations are tax deductible and proceeds will go directly toward the building project. Visit http://www.360blueproperties.com/foundation/ to contribute.
