Local Restaurants Receive Florida Trend Awards

Here in South Walton we have a great collection of wonderful restaurants, from one end of the county to the other. The latest list of awards from Florida Trend Magazine honors some of our very best.

Each year, Florida Trend highlights the top restaurants throughout the state with the Golden Spoon Awards. Six South Walton restaurants are included this year, more than any other area in the Panhandle.

• Vin’tij Wine Boutique and Bistro, Miramar Beach
• Fleming’s – Best Brand, Sandestin
• Fish Out of Water, WaterColor
• Restaurant Fire  (recently closed), Gulf Place
• Grayton Bar & Grill - Best New, Grayton Beach

A special congratulations to one of the oldest and best restaurants in South Walton - Bud & Alley’s on the Gulf in Seaside for inclusion in the Golden Spoon Hall of Fame, an honor given to a resataurant that has consistently shown excellence over time and won multiple Golden Spoon Awards.
