Sk8 Deck-o Fundraiser and Party at Trebeaché Feb 20

Come out for a night of skateboard art, live music and tasty food at Trebeaché on Saturday, Feb. 20 from 5-8pm. Sk8 Deck-o is a fundraising event for a new skate park coming to South Walton. Local artists and guest artists from around the country are creating incredible works of art out of blank skate decks as part of the exhibition and silent auction at Trebeaché.

It's going to be a special night for unique skate deck art on exhibit and for auction. Chef Jim Richard is preparing special “skate inspired” grinders and The Owsley Brothers are on stage.

Saturday, February 20 from 5 to 8pm

$30 general admission – includes food and drinks
$15 student ticket – student ID required

Artists from the South Walton area as well as from Miami, San Francisco, Hawaii and other places around the country include: Justin Gaffery, Allison Wickey, Justin Lyons, Mary Hong, Andy Saczynski, Francisco Adaro, Chandler Williams, Sabrina Reber, Julie Lopez Friel, Stephan Diaberl, Rei Ramirez, Gretchen Scharnagl, Cody Copeland, Matt Lyons, Earl Thomson, Ginger Leigh Designs, Michael Bridges, Sara Lierly, Brendan LeClair, Maui Nix, Billabong, South Walton High School Art Club, Niceville High School Art Club and more.
 

 

Trebeaché is South Walton's newest restaurant and event venue located at Redfish Village in Blue Mountain Beach created by the Stinky's Fish Camp team. The doors opened January 2016 and now serving exquisite, classic to contemporary fare with a variety of ethnic influences. trebeache.com.

Surfrider Foundation Emerald Coast Chapter and Walton Skate Society present Sk8 Deck-o, a night of skateboard art, live music and tasty food. Proceeds will go to the Walton Skate Society for the creation of a new concrete skate park at Helen McCall Park.
