Stinky's Fish Camp and George's Offer Cooking Classes in April

Two favorite Dining Partners are offering classes through Vicki McCain's Kitchenique Cooking School in Miramar Beach this month - so fun and so delicious!

Executive  Chef Steve Withall, Stinky’s Fish Camp
With a motto "It is what it is and it ain't what it ain't" and the name "Stinky's Fish Camp" . . you just know it's gotta be great! And it is! Just check out the menu Chef Steve Withall will be preparing:  Tuna Poke in cucumber cup; Blackened Lobster Gratin, with caramelized leeks, smoked gouda cheese and brandy cream; Braised Rabbit Fricassee, with florida field pea ragout, fluffed potatoes and Orange blossom Crème brûlée. This class is almost full so don't delay!

Sous Chef Camille Withall
We’re very excited to welcome to our kitchen for the first time, Chef Camille Withall (if the name sounds familiar, her husband is Chef Steve Withall from Stinky’s) Chef Camille will offer us a taste of George’s dishes that show her culinary expertise which ranges from “farm to table cuisine” to baking and pastry. You’ll sample Dill Gougères with Salmon Mousse; Fresh Pasta with Thyme, Crab and Shrimp and an all natural Red Velvet Cake.
