Now Open: Camp Creek Lake Access With Dock & Small Boat Launch

Local officials recently gathered for a ribbon-cutting bash to celebrate the grand opening of the Camp Creek Lake Access with paddle board, canoe and kayak launch in Seacrest. Located at 121 Camp Creek Road S., this new spot is your ticket to exploring the unique beauty of our rare dune lake ecosystem.

Guided Kayak Eco Tours In September at Camp Helen State Park

Join Camp Helen State Park staff for a Guided Kayak Eco Tour on Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in North America. Must be 12 years of age or older and able to independently navigate your own kayak. Reservations are required - call the park at 850-233-5059.

Tours begin promptly at 9:00 AM, meet in the Visitor Center. Cash only fee is $30 and includes park entry, watercraft rental, life jacket, paddle and a donation to the Friends of Camp Helen State Park.
