Santa Clara Regional Beach Access has reopened after being closed for several months to allow for boardwalk and dune walkover replacement. The access in Seagrove Beach is one of the most popular in SoWal with quite a bit of parking, restrooms and a shower. The ADA accessible ramp is nearly equal to a football field in length and allows a descent to the Seagrove sand from quite a height on the top of the dune cliff.
The St. Joe Company and BRW MidGrove, LLC (BRW) are well underway with their joint venture to construct The Lodge 30A, a boutique hotel in Seagrove Beach, Florida. The Lodge 30A is under construction on Scenic 30A next to Greenway Station, a planned mixed-use development.

Tucked away on the east side of Hwy 283 in Grayton Beach, just across from the Shops of Grayton, is a huge parking lot to park and ride Seaside’s free Shuttle. The parking lot is just north of the Scenic 30A 4-way stop in Grayton Beach.
