Hotel Oscar is a three-piece American roots rock band. The Destin, FL band was formed in late 2010 by members, Mose Wilson (guitar/vox), Joe Bradford (bass/vox), and Clint Moreland (drums). They draw influences from 60's and 70's artists like Bob Dylan, The Band, The Talking Heads, and The Kinks as well as modern groups like Wilco and My Morning Jacket.

The Market Shops, located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, presents the Snowbird Sunday Concert Series. Beginning January 10, 2016, every Sunday in January and February will feature a different local or regional artist or band. The Snowbird Sunday Concert Series is free and open to the public. Rain or shine, concerts are from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on The Market Shops lawn. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets. In the event of rainy weather, the concert will be relocated to the covered patio outside of Bijoux at The Market Shops.

Bryan was born in Shreveport, Louisiana. However, he grew up in Tennessee in the Nashville area. Early on Bryan found his gift in the form of athletics. He earned a football scholarship to the University of Mississippi where he became the starting defensive end for three years. Bryan’s senior year he was awarded the John Howard Vaught award of excellence. He left the University of Mississippi in 1983 six hours short of his degree, something that would haunt Bryan endlessly. So, twenty years later Bryan would enroll in college once again to obtain his degree in Broadcast Journalism.
