Caroline Cotter Concert at The REP Theatre

Caroline Cotter is LIVE@TheREP on Saturday, January 25 at 7:30 p.m. With a captivating soprano voice and award-winning songwriting, Caroline Cotter’s songs take listeners all over the world and into the depths of the human heart. A prolific artist and self-taught musician now living in Maine, Cotter produced five albums while touring non-stop around the globe and teaching with the Institute of International Education. Cotter was a finalist for the 2019 Rocky Mountain Songwriter Showcase Contest, performed in the 2016 30A Songwriter’s Festival, and has since performed as part of the LIVE@TheREP Concert Series. She will devote her residency to creating a new song collection exploring themes of loss and grief, hope and healing.

Seaside’s Escape To Create (E2C) artist residency launches its 28th season with the arrival of a dozen artists selected from an international pool of applicants for the renowned creative retreat in Seaside, Florida. E2C artists are in residency this January and February as they escape to create their individual projects in the music, literary, visual, theater and performance arts. As a residency requirement, artists give a public performance as a contribution to the community. Often produced in partnership with The REP Theater in Seaside, their readings, screenings, lectures and performances bring outstanding cultural programs to the South Walton community.
