Sushi Making Class at Grayton Beer Company

Love sushi & want to learn how to prepare fresh, delicious meals at home? Join Grayton Beer Company Wednesday, April 18th from 6:30-8:30pm for a Sushi Making Class. This will be a hands-on event, so no one leaves without feeling that they can't go home & prepare sushi for their friends and family.  

In this two hour, hands-on class, Birmingham Sushi Class will teach you to make perfect sushi rice, how to make all of your favorite sushi sauces (from eel sauce to BangBang & more), where to shop/what to buy and how to safely serve raw fish at home with confidence, according to health department standards. You'll get two rolls to eat (we make one, you make the other) and a take home cheat sheet filled with tips, tricks and recipes!

You can enjoy Grayton Beer in the taproom located inside the brewery at 217 Serenoa Road in South Walton, FL! In addition to year-round styles, the 25-tap draft wall also features the Artist Series line and small-batch brews. The taproom is pet and child friendly, and on most Saturdays, you can enjoy your beer with fare from local vendors and food trucks.
