It looks like they're either $199 or $249. You also have to pay a monthly fee. There are apps for iPhones and Androids that let you enter what you eat wherever you are. But if you don't have one of those phones (like me), it looks like you have to enter what you've eaten when you are with your laptop.
What I wonder is how extensive is their database of caloriesfor different food items and brands? Do you have to measure or weigh everything you eat in order for it to keep track of your calorie intake? If I make homemade soup, do I have to break it down into separate ingredients for it to know how many calories I've consumed since it doesn't know my recipe?
How do it do dat?![]()
the bodybugg with smart phone app was $245 I think, you can get just the bodybugg for like $175 and sync to your computer. They also have a watch piece that you can buy for like $80 to track thru the day if you don't have ready access to sync at work. I have the watch from my last bodybugg but may go ahead and pay the extra for the phone app, that's on my to do list today.

About 6 years ago I used a diet website that was really good. They had the calories for everything you could buy at the grocery store plus restaurant calories. They'd also save the calories for your personal recipes. But then they started charging, so I stopped. But at that point I was anorexic and needed to gain weight to avoid looking like a Holocaust victim.Consider using Nutridiary - it is free. IDK if there is an iPhone app for it though.
