Congrats to Bobby J and everyone else who is doing Power 90. I am very ungraceful and was hurting my knees, etc., by moving improperly. I now have a personal trainer who watches me like a hawk to make sure I move properly. He does a lot of the same stuff as Power 90, plus weight machines. I go three times a week and do aerobics (walking, treadmill or bike at home) the rest of the time.

Day 20. Kempo tonight! Then rest day falls on Saturday!!!!!! Yeah! Anyone still on board?
I did this for about 3 weeks. Started on the lean program and tried two a days. It was awful but definately works. Wish I would have held out the 90 days I just should have started off easier. Still run and bike but no p90x. Lost 50 lbs over the last two years.
I finally found and unpacked the box with my dvd's and my calendar et al. I'm in Bham until tomorrow. Grocery shopping on Saturday for top tier foods and starting back on Monday!
50lbs!!! That is awesome! Two a days! That must have been intense.
