Ok, guys! I'm joining the ranks...

After talking to Bobby a few times about his experience, and following this thread, ya'll have got me convinced. Got my package today. I'm going to read everything before I start because, well, that's just the way I do things. So I'm thinking I'll start Saturday. Wish me luck! :wave:

I see that 5-7 days is the only option. Have you waited longer than that?

I looked in several stores in ATL that sell DVDs. No one has it. I guess I ought to just go ahead and order it.

Gotta look good in the photos at daughter's engagement party, all of the other parties, and in the wedding and reception photos. They will be extra special since the reception is at our home.

I want to do it. . . but I never seem to complete these things. . . and 90 days seems like a big committment. I think I'll hit weight watchers and sign up for a race at the end of August. . . but I hope everyone will keep posting about it. Maybe it will motivate me. . .

Since my first 90 days, I have completed the program probably 4 separate times. It really is and has been life changing for me. Something about the way the program is put together makes the 90 days flow. Since completing my first 90 days I have probably not gone a whole week without working out at least 4 days a week. I typically do 5 -6 days no matter what. I really believe the 90 days trains your brain as well. It lays a new foundation that once you complete is hard to break away from. The key: Do the whole 90 days. Take the pictures. Use the calendar. Eat from the Micah ladder top two tiers. If you can not do all of this do not buy the videos.
