Telluride MountainFilm on Tour Lights Up WaterColor Nov 6-7, 2015

Mountainfilm lends soul to SoWal. It's one of the events we never miss, and are glad to sponsor every year. The Telluride MountainFilm on Tour returns to WaterColor’s Marina Park Amphitheater on Nov. 6 & 7. Celebrating its 15th year, the outdoor film festival has adventure, life lessons and environmental messages as the central themes for an International quest to encourage change and education through striking imagery and stories of perseverance. WaterColor Resort offers a sparkling outdoor setting by Western Lake for these moving films with a starry backdrop to enhance the unfolding clips of thought provoking films.

Film selections cover a wide range of topics, from the light-hearted urban sport showcased in “Drainage Ditch Kayak,” to the emotional account of a community working together to rebuild their Colorado town after torrential flooding in “Knee Deep.”
 

Gates open at 6 p.m. with films beginning at 7 p.m.  Tickets are now available online at www.mountainfilmfl.com for $30 per day or $50 for a two-day weekend pass. Tickets purchased at the gate are $35 per day or $60 for a two-day weekend pass, based on availability.  Delicious food, beer, and wine will also be available for purchase.
