As if that wasn’t enough, the thoughtfully curated Pescado experience is often enhanced by live music and an engaging special event calendar. 

Complete with small plates, a raw bar, entrees, and à la carte options, the menu at Pescado Seafood Bar & Grill features a refined cuisine that changes with the seasons in order to maintain a sense of locality and sustainability. Diners can enjoy new and exciting daily and weekly specials, as well as year-round mainstays featuring everything from lamb chops and pork belly to scallops, octopus, and more.

“At the end of September, Chef John Engles’ Fall Menu rolls out. Guests can expect to see hearty dishes with a punch of diversity,” says Holly Wright - General Manager . A mouth-watering entree to look forward to is “ Red Wine Braised Angus Prime Short Rib accompanied by aged cheddar whipped potatoes, foraged mushrooms and a pancetta mouse. And joining our small bites, Winter Squash and Goat Cheese Gratin!”

While Pescado caters to the over-18 crowd for dinner, it does welcome all ages for brunch Wednesday - Sunday. Enjoy an elegant and sophisticated brunch menu sure to please the brunch enthusiasts. Gorgeous Gulf Coast views remain front and center from all corners of their restaurant. Whether you sit indoors or out, you’ll be able to see the sunlight dancing across the water while drinking Mimosas and sipping Rose' as you listen to local musicians.
 

If you are searching for a space away from the traditional Rosemary Beach family dining ordeal, where adults can relax while enjoying instagram worthy food and cocktails, then look no further… The Courtyard at Pescado is the experience you have been seeking! Inspired by the vibrancy and musical heritage of New Orleans, this cozy sanctuary offers small bites, craft cocktails, and an extensive wine list with live music nightly.

The Courtyard hosts wine socials, cocktail classes, special dinners, holiday events and additional happenings you won’t want to miss. New to this season is the September Chef’s Table Series with Chef John Engle! Dinners will take place every Wednesday in September at 6:30 p.m. and are by reservation only. Seats are $150 per person plus 7% tax and 22% gratuity.

The first of the four dinners, beginning on September 6, will start with Kampachi “Tataki” with spaghetti squash, Izak, bluegrass soy sauce and fermented yuzu, followed by Squid Ink Cavatelli with Alabama crab, basil and pecorino. The third course will be Scallops and Barnacles with piperade, harissa, and burnt onion. Next up to bat, Pheasant with Kings Table farm grits, eggplant, and perigord. And the last course of this fabulous dinner menu will feature Beef Coulotte with sweet potato “Terrine”, lobster mushroom, vidalia and bordelaise. Still hungry? The dessert course has you covered with a Pumpkin Cake, dressed in brown butter and pecans.
