Pure, simple and elegant describes Seaside's beachfront “Honeymoon Cottages,” designed by former Seaside town architect Scott Merrill. The romantic and charming getaways were inspired by Thomas Jefferson's "Monticello". The perfect setting for a romantic retreat, perched perfectly behind the dunes along the Gulf of Mexico, each cottage is furnished with a comforting color palette.

"Gift by the Sea" is adjacent the Pensacola Beach Pavilion, a structure that is a work of art by itself, with a brass pelican on top! The cottage is the perfect setting for couples celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary or birthday.

The interior features maple hardwood floors and ceiling fans throughout. On the first floor is a king bedroom with LCD TV, window seat, built-in closets and drawers, bathrobes, luggage rack and two bedside tables with lamps. Leading from the bedroom are French doors to a private dune level screened-in porch with a Jacuzzi tub. The porch has curtains that can be drawn for complete privacy. The bathroom has a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

The second floor offers a small fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, frig with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven and dining table with two chairs. The living room features a wood-burning stove-style fireplace, 50” LCD TV with HD cable box, DVD, wireless internet, comfortable seating and coffee table. A French door off the living room opens to a covered porch complete with 2 cocktail height chairs and table as well as a romantic hammock overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Our vacation rental guests in Seaside have access to 3 pools, 6 tennis courts, croquet courts and a private fitness center. You’ll also find ample opportunity for biking, hiking and swimming. When staying in our homes in Seaside you are within walking distance of many restaurants and retail establishments.
