Aerial Grayton Beach Video

Over the Grayton State Dunes and Alligator Lake outflow in Grayton Beach, Florida in South Walton County. Grayton Beach is a special place but on a day when the Gulf is clear and blue it is simply stunning. The small town in SoWal is surrounded by Florida State Park lands with massive dunes, coastal forests, fertile wetlands, and dynamic Western Lake - a rare coastal dune lake jewel.

Justin Gaffrey's Art Evolution Continues

An artist stays awake late into the night, poring over his life’s work. A portfolio of all he has created laid out in front of him like a storybook—a million journeys revisited in every image, painting, element, color, brushstroke, motion, idea, and inspiration. They are journeys that lead not to an end, but to the beginning of another chapter of life. The truth about life is that it goes on, and although the next step is often the most difficult to take, it’s also the most exhilarating.

Chef Jim Richard Opens Trenasse in New Orleans

South Louisiana has a long culinary legacy that stretches back for centuries. Trenasse, which will open on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the newly renovated Intercontinental New Orleans, embraces innovation without abandoning the traditions that built South Louisiana's menu.

That's unsurprising given the restaurant's goals and pedigree: a focus on Gulf Coast cuisine pushed by Chef Jim Richard, who has been giving customers in the region a taste of its bounty for decades.
