The Seaside Repertory Theater is featuring "Florida Wildlife Corridor Expedition: Everglades to Okefenokee" on Thursday January 23 at 7:30 p.m.  The film documents four explorers who travel 1,000 miles from the Everglades to Okefenokee Swamp in 100 days. DCWA Foundation Tasting of Champions at Hilton Sandestin Jan. 24

The 2014 Tasting of Champions: Wine Walkabout and Tasting event will be held on January 24 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa’s newly renovated Emerald Ballroom.
 
This Annual Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF) event features more than 600 wines to sample and preview from the 2014 South Walton Beaches Wine & Food Festival (SoWalWine) entries, including medal winners in over 60 categories and food stations.

Jim Richard and Emeril Lagasse Create Stinky's Stew on Emeril's Florida

On season one of Emeril's Florida, host Emeril Lagasse traveled across the Sunshine State showcasing local restaurants, cooking styles, fishing, farming and agriculture. Local restaurants featured in the initial season included a popular recipe from Stinky's Fish Camp with owner and chef Jim Richard.
