We are lucky to have superb weather here in SoWal for much of the year, and being active is just a way of life. 30Avenue is a new upscale shopping and dining destination on the eastern gateway to South Walton, just across the highway from Rosemary Beach. It's growing day by day, and not only has fantastic restaurants and boutiques, but premier office space on upper floors. Brick walkways and tall palms line a lush green space and an infinity reflecting pool. White stucco façades are similar to nearby Alys Beach architecture.
We enjoy discovering the freshest and most interesting foods whether its produce, cheese, wines, olive oils, seafood, baked goods or specialty foods. SoWal food shopping options are expanding in ways that make us thrilled to be able to shop local. Tasty, healthful and fresh foods can now be found at a number of locally owned markets, health foods stores, and gourmet/specialty shops.
With excellent stores like Anthropologie and Pottery Barn, Grand Boulevard’s retail mix is aligning nicely with their established dining scene. Wide shaded walkways, lush greens and stone facades will have you looking for excuses to visit, and there are plenty. Like Happy Hour, for instance.
