For the past 23 years this nine-piece rhythm and blues band has been bringing a New Orleans party to stages across the country. A mix of rock, soul, funk, and R&B the continue to leave a mark on their audience, receiving numerous awards including, Offbeat Best of the Beat from 2005-2014, New Orleans Favorite Local Band in 2000 and 2009, and Gambit Reader's Choice in 1999, 2001, and 2006.

As a singer/songwriter Simmons blends the virtuosic song craft and musicianship with artistic honesty. Simmons vision in songwriting has grown to encompass a reflection of rural America diving into the realities of country and city dwellers alike. In the past decade he has performed over 700 shows and continues to evolve as a growing musician.

The 28th annual ArtsQuest Fine Arts Festival, a Mother’s Day weekend tradition, is scheduled for May 7 & 8, 2016 at Grand Boulevard in South Walton. Over 200 juried fine artists exhibiting in over a dozen mediums will fill Grand Boulevard's Town Center for two days, along with great live music, live art demonstrations, food and beverages, and ImagiNation (where kids rule)!

The Bay loves to throw a good party, so this Cinco de Mayo, they are pulling out all the stops to bring you the best fiesta yet! Bring your friends and family May 5 from noon – 10 pm.
Food + drink includes a taco bar, a whole roast pig, and margarita bar on the beach. The restaurant is open all day with the full menu and great drink specials.
